Robbers Dog Distillery

 

The difference between Robbers Dog distillery and many other distilleries is that we make 
all of our own genuine spirits from base mashes and don't bring in neutral grape spirit from 
a third party. ‘ 
The distillery is family run by Rob and Cath Davies, and has a driving focus on producing small-batch, high-quality spirits. This focus includes sourcing as much 
locally grown grains and fruits as possible. 
Every effort is put into recycling any organic waste products back to livestock feed where possible – along with recycling our still water and powered by the solar energy we capture in our 110 panels. 
Take your time to soak in the flavour profile and immerse yourself within the spirit of 
Robbers Dog.
