Our intention from the outset was to deliver a beautifully elegant Pinot Noir from our cool climate, estate single vineyard in Eden Valley. We planted our Pinot vines in 2012 in the three coldest and rockiest spots in our vineyard.\u003cbr\u003eHare hunting has been a much enjoyed pastime for our grandsons and despite their best efforts, the lads had never been able to nab one in our Pinot block... until the year of our\u003cbr\u003efirst Pinot release!
