Our friend Pino has been a long term part of our extended family dedicated to fine grape-growing. From a special plot in McLaren Flat using very old vines and wisdom.\u003cbr\u003eAfter harvesting, the grapes undergo open tank ferment slowly over a week or more. On pressing the wine was transferred to new French oak puncheons to complete fermentation and add structure to the wine and then slowly mature for complexity and tertiary expression.\u003cbr\u003eOnly the best barrels were selected for the final wine.
